What data I process
- What you enter in the form: name, email, phone (optional), business, city and your answers about the project.
- To protect the form from abuse, a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address that changes daily and is deleted within 48 hours.
Why and on what legal basis
Only to reply to your request and send you a proposal: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Abuse protection relies on the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)). I don't use your data for newsletters or marketing and I don't share it with third parties.
How it is handled
The form doesn't store requests in a database: it emails them to me and, as a confirmation, to you. The service runs on Hostinger hosting, acting as data processor; my mailbox is on Google Gmail. The site uses no cookies or tracking tools.
How long
Emails stay in my mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and no longer than 24 months, unless the request becomes a paid project: in that case the retention periods required by accounting law apply.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
